Every April (and first week in May) we have a special showcase during our Full Show Friday series for bands who are playing this years Jazzfest in NOLA. Today we will focus on Galactic who will be playing on Sunday May 3rd
Galactic topped our list when it came to favorite studio albums of 2025 and this set shows why, as they are cooking recently. Also of added bonus, all of their guests on this night, Irma Thomas, Jelly Joseph, Erica Falls & Maggie Koerner (whose record last year we also dug) will be playing Jazzfest 2026 as well.
This is the ultimate prep show for NOLA Jazzfest, which starts on Thursday!
