Returning to New York City’s vibrant Lower East Side and expanding to six days, the New Colossus Festival begins on Tuesday, March 4, and runs through Sunday, March 9, 2025. This showcase festival and industry conference offers a unique opportunity to discover the next wave of emerging artists across multiple independent NYC venues, including Arlene’s Grocery, Baker Falls, Berlin Under A, Bowery Electric, Drom, Hotel Chantelle, Nublu, Nublu Classic, Pianos, Sour Mouse, and The Delancey.
This year’s event partnerships include media such as Exclaim!, Radio Free Brooklyn, Groover, Maker Park Radio & more. International partners include Consulate General of Canada In New York, Focus Wales, Iceland Airwaves, Icelandair, M for Montreal, The Spanish Wave & Viva Sounds.. Industry partners include Annibale Agency, Anniversary Group, Bands do BK, Born Losers Records,, Dedstrange, Ditto Music, Funhouse Merch, Keychange (US), Music Managers Forum (US), Oxfam America, Planetary Group, Radio Free Brooklyn, & smartyPass.
The New Colossus will also once again present a series of panels and workshops called Colossal Conversations. Discussions on artist management, touring, production, sync licensing, festivals, publishing, and other relevant topics focused on the future of the global independent music scene.
