Renaming The Williamsburg Bridge for Sonny Rollins

We were in NOLA when Allen Toussaint passed away and the movement started to rename Lee Circle for him. We are 100% behind that movement and are now 100% behind renaming the Williamsburg Bridge for a jazz titan who famously use to practice out on the expanse, blowing into the wind.

 "I could have probably spent the rest of my life just going up on the bridge. I realized, no, I have to get back into the real world."

There is a now legislation starting to move through NYC government to rename the span for Sonny Rollins and while it make some time to move ahead, it feels like the right people are pushing the effort and politicians are clearly open to the change.
