Live Streams: Bayou Rendezvous

With live music on lock down (like everything else currently in New York City) live streams and old concerts have become essential for live music junkies like RtBE. While this current state of pandemic separation is in order we will highlight various shows/streams/virtual events for your viewing and listening pleasure and you can always check out or weekly Full Show Friday series for concerts from the past. Please support the artists any which way you can.

Today we highlight: Bayou Rendezvous

RtBE was supposed to be down at New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival this weekend, it would have been our 12th year in a row attending the festival, and one of the (many) cool things about the fest is that it ends early and allows you to grab an amazing dinner and catch a late night show.

Had we been in New Orleans, we would have been attending the Bayou Rendezvous at The Howling Wolf tonight. Since everything is on lock down the Bayou Rendezvous is going digital.  It is an important benefit for New Orleans Musicians Assistance Foundation and you can tune in tonight on their facebook page starting at 6pm Central.
