It is the newest release from Dr. John's archive titled Dr. John: The Montreux Years, following the excellent Things Happen That Way (and the cool Tipitina's Record Club Release vinyl Solo Piano Live in New Orleans 1984).
The album collects his best performances spanning the years of 1986 to 2012 at the famous festival. A great collection for longtime fans and newbies alike.
