NOISE FOR NOW @noisefornow is excited to announce VOICES FOR CHOICE: A livestream benefit concert for The ACLU of Tennessee @aclu_tennessee and CHOICES Memphis Center for Reproductive Health @memphischoices Wednesday, August 5th at 7pm CT on nugs.tv @nugsnet Filmed at locations including The Blue Room at Third Man Records, Dee’s Country Cocktail Lounge, The High Watt, Mercy Lounge, and 3rd and Lindsley Through litigation, advocacy, and public education, @aclu_tennessee works to ensure that every woman in our state can make the best decisions for herself and her family about whether and when to have a child - without government interference. Their reproductive justice work encompasses a wide range of issues, including fighting pregnancy discrimination in the workplace, securing age-appropriate sex education in our schools, and protecting Tennesseans' ability to make personal, private decisions about pregnancy and abortion. @memphischoices is an independent, nonprofit reproductive health clinic in Memphis, TN. Offering services such as abortion care, hormone management for transgender patients, HIV testing and prevention, no-cost birth control, and midwife-led prenatal care and births, CHOICES’ model of comprehensive, patient-centered care is making waves in the reproductive health community. With the opening of their new Health and Birth Center this summer, CHOICES will become the only nonprofit health care provider in the country to offer both birth services and abortion care under one roof.
