A huge lineup of various stars and celebrities will join Willie Nelson for the Come and Toke It Festival today, appropriately 4/20. It will start at 4:20 pm and has a huge range of artists from Ziggy Marley to Billy Joe Shaver to Patterson Hood to St. Paul and the Broken Bones.
